We have updated our COVID-19 appointment protocol- We are now offering in-person appointments (1 person allowed into the office per appointment and we require that you wear a mask).  Curbside appointments are still available by request.  All sales of food, medication, and merchandise will still be curbside service.

If your pet is in need of an appointment, please call our office to schedule a date and time.  For both in-person or curbside appointments, please bring your cell phone with you and call us from your vehicle when you arrive to check in.

For in-person appointments: After you have called the front desk to check in and the exam room is ready for your pet's appointment, one of our staff members will come to bring you and your pet into our office.  Please note, only one person will be allowed into each appointment, and we do require that you wear a mask.

For curbside appointments:  After you have called the front desk to check in, one of our staff members will come to get your pet from you at your car.  For your pet's safety, please have dogs on a leash or in a carrier and cats in a carrier.  During your pet's appointment, our doctors will call you on your cell phone to discuss any questions or concerns.  A member of our front desk staff will call when your pet's appointment is finished to take payment by phone.  We will then bring your pet, and any supplies/medications you need out to your car for you.

If able, please print, fill out, and bring the following Patient Check-In form to your appointment:

While we are open for business, in order to limit possible exposure only staff members and individuals with scheduled in-person appointments will be able to enter our facility.  If you need food, supplies, or medication refills, please call our office ahead and we will get your order prepared and take payment by phone.  Then, call us from the parking lot when you arrive for pickup and we will bring your purchase out to you!

If you have any questions, please call our office during regular business hours.  Thank you for your patience as we all try to navigate these challenges together.
